My client is a Medical Device company who seeks to employ a Compliance Officer - Legal Council - Southern Africa

Minimum Requirments:

Degree holder in Law and admitted to practice in a relevant jurisdiction
3 Years post qualification experience
Experience in a regulated industry required - Medical device or Pharmaceuticals preferred
Experience gained within a complex MNC preferred
Ability to interact, influence and partner with senior executives, Sales, Marketing, RA/QA and other business and functional teams

Role

Legal Counsel - Southern Africa

Provide Legal advice to the company teams and all divisions on country legal issues
Participate in the due diligence process for new channel partners, renewals of existing agreements and review of contractual documentation for channel partners
Knowledge of the FCPA and Eucomed essential

Compliance Officer - Southern Africa

Implement and support compliance programs in Southern Africa and work closely with the Divisional Compliance Officer of EEMEA and India
