The individual will be responsible execution of the monitoring plan for the division through monitoring of control measures implemented to comply with regulatory requirements, in accordance with the compliance risk management plan, Conducting and assisting with Compliance training initiatives and Following-up on any outstanding non-compliant matters pertaining to findings and maintenance of non-compliance logs

Matric/Grade12
LLB degree or currently in final year LLB
Understanding of legislation pertinent to the Long-Term insurance industry, such as FAIS, FICA, LTIA, NCA
Knowledge of Compliance monitoring processes and methodologies
