• Matric (Grade 12)
Qualification: Food Safety / OH&S
• Administrative
• Fluent in English.
• Computer literate (Syspro 7, MS Office)
•
• To ensure that the business is compliant in terms of Food Safety and OHSE.
• Represent the branch in Internal and External Audits.
• Attend to all branch FSA related aspects
• Score above 90% for Food Safety Audits
• Score above 90% for OHS Audits
• Interbranch queries and claims to be up to date

FOOD SAFETY
• Performs all checks for Food Safety in line with Company food safety policy.
• Arrange for training for all required positions under food safety requirements.
• Check the Emergency equipment.
• Perform regular pest activities per the policy.
• Represent company in the internal / external food safety audits
• Ensure the region complies with all aspects of Food Safety
• Ensure general housekeeping is in order and people are held responsible as well as report non-compliances.
• Do weekly spot checks on expired stock.
• Handle, investigate all customer complaints.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
• Performs all checks for OHS in line with Company OHS policy.
• Arrange for training for all required positions under food safety requirements.
• Represent company in the internal / external OHS audits
• Ensure the region complies with all aspects of OHS legislation
• Ensure the fire and emergency equipment is checked and serviced as per the policy
• Training of staff on all related aspects
