Our client, a service provider in the CBD, is in search of a Configurations Tester.

The successful candidate will be working as part of a dynamic team that support bespoke applications in a technically exciting and challenging industry.

Experience & Education
1 - 3 years’ recent configuration/testing experience.
Relevant tertiary qualification

System skills
Microsoft Office suite
MYSQL knowledge beneficial but not required

Key Performance Area's:

Setting up internal services and working with Software Developers and in house clients
Configuration of services and functional testing;
Trouble shooting within the company and mobile services to address any issues found in testing
Monitoring services after production go-live;
Writing and executing test scripts;
Running manual and automated tests;
Testing in different environments including web and mobile;
Reviewing documentation;
Working towards departmental and project deadlines;
Quality assurance;
Providing objective feedback to software development project teams;
Designing tests to mitigate risk;
Presenting findings to software development and business user teams;
Communicate findings to technical and non-technical colleagues.
