RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced and qualified CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR / CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – position based in Richards Bay.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Relevant qualifications.
10yrs+ previous working experience in a similar position/s (should be able to supply proof of tenders won and completed in the above mentioned fields).
Specializing in building and concrete works as well as knowledge on civil works.
Buying, negotiation, programming, quantity surveying and construction management experience.
PERSON MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO RICHARDS BAY.
