Responsibilities include inter alia: • Preparation of tenders and good understanding of construction site activities. • Construction administration experience, document control • Read and interpret floor layout drawings and camps Prepare material bills of quantity. • Evaluate tenders for technical content, tender clarification. • Prepare cost estimates inclusive of materials, bought out items, subcontractors, erection labour, transport and accommodation, etc. • Complete tender documents ensuring compliance with specifications and requirements.
• Prepare bills of material for execution of works orders • Procurement of specialist items. • Project financial reviews. • Project Management as required. • General admin and company duties as may be required including: • Quality Management • Project management, subcontractor management • Presentations, technical support for sales • Procurement, supplier evaluation • Travel, local and international
