Construction Sales & Operations Representative

Growing building maintenance & repairs company is seeking a vibrant, energetic sales consultant who is target driven and goal orientated.

Duties:
• Identify leads and potential business through cold calling.
• Present company profile and services to prospective clients.
• Follow up on quotations and leads to report back on market conditions.
• Individually look after and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Work towards a high acquisition target and maintain high retention rate of existing customers.
• Develop a sales strategy for the assigned area with Line Manager.
• Ensure on time collection of outstanding customer monies.

• Self-starter and motivator – can motivate and inspire customers and colleagues alike.
• Ambitious with high sense of of responsibility and ability to take initiative.
Requirements
• Business / Commercial diploma.
• Minimum 3 – 5 yrs. sales experience
• Proven track record in sales
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Driver’s license (a must) and own transport (a plus)
