Consulting and Projects Leader - Software industry
Senior role - Based in JHB North
This role reports to the Managing Director
Looking for a candidate who can create outstanding software solutions and creating unique products. Able to drive usage, and renewals and providing disciplined execution of complex solutions using internal technical expertise.

Duties
Achieving its targets, outputting successful projects, setting customers up for success, while managing a high team performance, with the focus on customers
(Top Customer Management, Customer Success, Renewal Assurance)

Management skills
Leading internal staff, external customers, and inter-departmental communications.
Day to day management of staff ranging from junior to senior

Technical Knowledge Skills and Abilities
SLA management
Project management
Management of customer communications
Designing and enhancing documentation
Developing standards
Budget and target management
Financial skills

Education and Qualification
Degree/Diploma – essential
Pref a PMD or MBA
Project Management Qualifications

Experience required - managing a delivery team and managing customer delivery levels
Proficient in Microsoft desktop applications
Understanding of large company IT environments
Able to travel – locally and within Africa
