Your purpose is to manage, design and deliver projects for transitioning new business and Business Improvement for existing clients.

Project Management:
  • Leading projects within a programme or independently manage projects, typically of high risk and complexity;
  • Assisting with programme scope;
  • Identifying and troubleshooting problems and risks/issues;
  • Supporting the project sponsor in delivering the benefits declared for the project;
  • Managing all aspects of the project, which will typically include managing multiple groups of staff, contractors and third party suppliers;
  • Liaising with all stakeholders including clients on the day to day aspects of the project;
  • Contributing to bids for new contracts with either new or existing clients, with responsibility for producing cost models and plans for delivering the proposed solutions; and,
  • Completing project closure activities including retrospective reviews for continuous improvement.
Project Office:
  • Developing structures and processes to deliver change and new projects to reduce costs and improve customer service;
  • Managing and delivering large changes and projects;
  • Assuming accountability for the success of engagements, ensuring that services provided are integrated;
  • Providing input into budget allocations; and,
  • Delivering projects to agreed scope, time, budget, quality standards and client satisfaction.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Identifying key stakeholders in current and future consulting opportunities to ensure the appropriate level of interaction and decision-making;
  • Devising communication processes for stakeholder groups to ensure stakeholder expectations are met; and,
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients.
People Management:
  • Ensuring the development of key capability to deliver departmental objectives;
  • Recruiting and managing direct reports to ensure that the company brand remains the employer of choice;
  • Providing guidance and support to direct reports to ensure a culture of transparency and collaboration;
  • Identifying strengths and areas for development in direct resources to ensure appropriate allocation of tasks;
  • Establishing, managing and measuring achievable, specific and realistic goals for direct reports; and,
  • Ensuring direct reports receive opportunities for development.
Job Requirements 
Now that you know everything you could possibly need to know about the job, on to the tools of the trade you will need for success! 
  • You're going to require at least 3 years' complex project management experience in a lead position through multiple work streams
  • 7 years' in a Contact Centre background
  • It is important that you have proven project management and consultancy delivery. 
  • Must be available immediately
