Continuous Improvement Facilitator needed for a 1 year contract

Requirements:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma in Industrial Engineering / Operations Management / Production Management
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Candidate must reside in East London

Responsibilities:
- Facilitating Problem Solving Events in Production
- Assist Continuous Improvement Engineer with project execution
- Solve problems utilizing appropriate tools and methodologies
- Create organisational knowledge through documenting projects and solutions to provide future benchmarks and drive replication opportunities
- Training and mentoring of Problem solving skills in the business
- Champion change in order to remove barriers of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with colleagues in the business to maximize continuous improvement results.
- Analyse and Monitor Data and highlight areas of Improvement using Shopware
