Contracts Manager required by Building Contracting Company, applicants should have a recognized qualification in Building ,Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, either a B.Sc, B.Tech or National Diploma.

The successful candidate should have at least have managed projects up to R150 Million in value successfully and have a minimum of 15 years site management experience in a building contracting environment.

Experience on high rise apartment block type projects would be an advantage.
