A Construction firm has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager, with strong Commercial and Residential building experience, with their team in Cape Town. They have several projects coming up and are looking for dynamic, motivated and go-getter candidates to join their team. The suitable candidate must have a minimum of: • BSc/ BTech/ NDip degree in Building Sciences from a reputable institute • 15 + years’ post qualification experience gained on large Commercial & Residential Building projects • 5 + years’ experience gained in a Contracts Manager capacity • Must have previously worked with reputable construction companies.
