Contracts Manager (Civils)

A leading Construction client with over a decade within the building construction sector is seeking to employ a Contracts Manager (Civils) to be based in the KwaZulu-Natal on a permanent basis. The successful candidate should be registered with SACPCMP as a Professional Contractors Manager

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Buildings Science or Construction Management
Must be registered with SACPCMP as a Professional Contractors Manager
Must have 10- 12 post qualification experience on large commercial and residential building projects of which at least 5 years of experience gained in a Contracts Manager position
Must have Relevant construction related systems knowledge. (Buildsmart, CSS, etc.)
Must proven track record of having managed teams.
