Our client in Newlands is looking for a Conveyancing Secretary with at least 3-5 year’s experience.
Our client only does transfers (not bond cancellations or registrations).
The ideal candidate must have experience with ghost convey and be able to work independently.
Need to run a file from receipt of offer to purchase to drawing up of the final accounts.
Our client is a medium sized law firm based in Newlands and also have a branch in Umhlanga.
R20 000 p/m gross salary.
Hours are from 8h30 to 17h00 from Monday to Thursday and Friday, 8h30 to 16h00.
