We are looking for a conveyancing secretary with at least 3-5 years conveyancing experience. The applicant must understand the conveyancing process from beginning to end, must amongst other things, be able to draft transfer documents, draw pro forma statements of account, apply for bond cancellation figures as well as rates clearance and other clearance figures. The Applicant must be have experience with Legalsuite, E4 cancellations and rates clearance figures, windeed, search works and SARS efiling. The applicant must be able to work independantly, be diligent and be able to take initiative, take pride in her work and pay attention to detail. We are based in Randburg, Johannesburg.
