Independent investment banking and advisory firm with a specific focus on corporate finance, advisory services and financial structuring seeks a CORPORATE FINANCE ASSOCIATE to join their team.

The primary function of an Associate is to support the Principal with the implementation of major transactions and/or leading smaller transactions.

A person in this role supports the Principal, guides/mentors Analysts assigned to the deal team to develop them to Associates and is the primary person responsible for the project and documentation management of the transaction.

The rationale for the role is three-fold: to ensure that the principal is adequately supported, project manage the day-to-day aspects of the transaction and ensure that documentation is adequately prepared.
