Corporate Tax Consultant with leading Auditing firm.

This Big 4 Audit Firm is currently looking for a Corporate Tax Consultant. You will be responsible for assist in advising clients on the structuring of business transactions and the tax implications thereof, assisting with the implementation of transactions where required and necessary, review of legal agreements, and drafting of opinions for clients on the tax consequences of restructures, mergers and acquisitions. (At least 1-2 years experience in Tax, in a similar environment).

CA (SA) / Relevant degree and postgraduate studies in Tax
