We have a FMCG client with an exciting vacancy for a National Sales Key Account Manager! The successful candidate in this role will have the following responsibilities among others:
• To define and implement distribution and sales strategy to build the brand and achieve the organization’s short and long-term turnover objectives.
• Develop strong relationships with the Senior Management of the trade
• Build a strong partnership and intense working relationships with key accounts
• Monitor the accounts’ performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed
• Manage specific sales budgets
• Set sales targets and assign resources
• Design sales organization, manage and develop commitment and performance of sales teams
• Recruit, develop and manage teams. Ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organization changes

Requirements:
• Must have minimum Commerce / Marketing degree qualification
• No less than 5years Key Account Management in FMCG
• Previous experience in a multinational company, in the FMCG environment
• Computer literate
• Good knowledge of distributors and market
• Business development skills
• Strong operational skills
