Generate hire contracts
Process invoices after hires
Advise customers on the correct equipment for their requirements
Follow up on outstanding equipment and debtors and report problems to management
Manage deliveries, collections and bookings of equipment
Do regular plant stock takes and report discrepancies to management
Answer telephones and emails.
Resolve customer complaints.
Admin work and filing.
Assist with deliveries when required
The candidate must have good computer skills.
A drivers license will be an advantage
