Requirements:
•Matric
•Min of 2 years internal sales experience in the tyre industry, specifically in the commercial tyre sector.
•Effective communication, selling and negotiation skills
•Ability to work independently as a self-starter
•A passion to exceed within a challenging environment

Key Performance Areas:
•Provide customer service excellence within the branch to retail and corporate customers
•Organise, develop and lead Branch Operators
•Implement, administrative and financial procedures to ensure customer needs and company's standards and procedures are met
•Management of self to improve personal effectiveness
