Manage the business profit and loss via a network of business partners. Design and implement effective business strategies thus supporting institutional and private end user customers, growing the overall market share through dealers in a sustainable and ethical mode.
Provide leadership, coaching and development of the team, ensuring regular coaching is provided, enabling each individual to achieve their full potential and to successfully reach their goals.

Outputs and deliverables:
• Ability to apply the sales process to varied selling situations and with different customers both dealers and end users, resulting in both sales and profit targets being met or exceeded in a sustainable manner.
• Analyse market business trends to develop and execute a local business plan to capitalise on current and future opportunities within the local markets.

What does the position entail:
• Working closely with key dealers, government bodies and major clinical institutions develop and penetrate the market, improving awareness and access for dental professionals to the company's products; gaining market share.
• Promote products within the area of responsibility, ensuring dealer sales teams and, where appropriate, the company's sales teams, have the information and tools to encourage end user pull through.
• Obtaining, reviewing and evaluating tenders and large orders, ensuring market relevance, delivery and profitability
• Support the dealer network with data, information and analysis within areas of responsibility. Work closely with the team by managing the educational program within the country.
• Support the Professional Service Team during the continuing education programme
• Assist in the collation of marketing activities.
• Collaborate on marketing programmes by monitoring and providing accurate tracking, reporting and follow up to ensure a consistent and professional marketing campaign
• Professionally manage and process customer complaints in accordance with the company's procedures
• To coordinate and conduct sales meetings and product training with all relevant internal and external customers
• Develop and maintain good relationships with key personnel including all relevant sales and market personnel

Qualifications and Experience

• Commercial experience, ideally managing major accounts, personally and through teams

• MBA or equivalent Degree in or related field is desirable i.e. Business & Economics, Marketing
