Course Facilitators
Vacancy exists at Agricolleges International for Course Facilitators reporting directly to the Course Delivery Manager. The role of the Course Facilitator will be to delivery online training.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing for session or lesson plans.
• Supervise all activities connected with the course elements.
• Cultivate learning among the students and/or groups.
• Assisting learners with difficulties in training material.
• Analysing trends related to the effectiveness and quality of learning interventions.
• Evaluating the outcomes of learning and ensure constructive feedback is given.
• Promote constructive discussions and integrate what has been learnt.
• Discussing career-pathing opportunities with students.
• Ensure all necessary study resources are available.
• Give regular input into curriculum design to ensure continuous improvement.
• Be alert for sales opportunities and pass leads onto the Course Delivery Manager.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Formal qualification in Agricultural Studies.
• 2- 5 years’ experience as a Specialist or Trainer.
• Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques.
• Sound understanding of the learning cycle.
• Excellent communication, judgment, facilitatation and organization skills.
• Registered Assessor preferred.
• Previous experience in e-learning environment advantageous.
