It’s an exciting role: we’ll need you to structure and grow our fledgling art team; facilitate the creation of new game content and oversee the sound, playability, look and feel of the games.
It’s not just your remarkable imagination that you’ll need to succeed. You’ll also need to bring your first-rate business skills to the table as you’ll be interacting with business stakeholders, and ensuring that the quality of the art and audio assets remains sky high. Working closely with art leads and developers, we also expect you to have strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels of business management and external stakeholders.
- Must be well versed in all the visual aspects involved in creating a game
- Background in art industry – concept art/illustration/2D and 3D animation
- Experience in casino industry
- Attention to detail / eye for design
- Able to review and critique artwork and give constructive feedback
- Possess strong problem solving skills
- Understanding of what appeals to different audiences/target markets
- Experience in game design
