This job requires a multi-talented professional to develop and design innovative creative materials while managing all aspects of the project from concept to completion. The Creative Marketing Specialist must be comfortable with proposing new ideas and solutions to enhance the company’s marketing and communication efforts, while staying on top of cutting edge trends for marketing and communication.

Your job responsibilities as the Creative Marketing Specialist in Johannesburg will include:

- Conceptualize, develop, produce and implement messaging and design solutions that meet marketing strategies, brand requirements and creative expectations
- Conceptualize, design and write copy for each campaign or marketing piece
- Assist in management of brand - Graphic Standards design, development, and creative updates for signage, packaging, corporate stationary, logos, branded promotional items and other visual elements
- Manage project schedules, budgets and invoices
- Develop or acquire imagery used in creative projects. Point of contact with photographers, coordination of photo shoots, documentation
- Maintain hard-copy and electronic files for creative projects
- Maintain high level of knowledge and skill with all computer software related to the design and production of print materials

Requirements for this Creative Marketing Specialist job in Johannesburg:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field or equivalent
- 4-5 years related experience or equivalent
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales strategy
- Must be proficient on Adobe Creative Suite Design Collection, Microsoft Office 365, Keynote, at ease working within other creative web-based programs, with an aptitude for learning new technology
- Video Development is a plus
- Photography expertise is a plus
