Full Credit Control function
Capture New Accounts onto Syspro
Process Debtor Payments
Collect outstanding amounts telephonically
Process Credit Notes
Handle R/D Cheques
Reconcile debtors accounts with customer remittances
Handle Overdue Accounts
Put customers on hold if amounts are overdue
Take customers off hold if account is paid up
Meet with customers to sort out debtor’s accounts
Send Out Statements
Release Suspense Orders on Syspro
Communicate with Financial Manager and Accountant on debtor’s situation
Attend Debtors Meetings
