Credit Controller / Jnr Accountant position available in the Isando Region for a heavy commercial vehicle manufacturer. Candidate must be presentable and be in possession of a bookkeeping qualification. Candidates must have automotive experience and experience working on Automate, SAP and Ms Excel.

The Duties expected from candidates is as follows: Vendor Reconciliations. Ensure the smooth running of the accounts payable. Engage with suppliers with regard to overdue invoices as and when required. Ensure invoices and purchase orders are properly authorised in accordance with company policy. Ensure that payment packs are completed (PO, GRN, Delivery note and Tax invoice) Audit payment run and manage distribution to relevant authorizing users. Provide input for cash flow management purposes. Ensure that month-end and financial year-end deadlines for AP are adhered to. Review and verify supplier account applications including bank beneficiaries. Prepare accounts payable reconciliation. Ensure compliance with the relevant sections in the VAT act. Comply with governance and compliance policies and procedures (IFRS) Ad-hoc duties to support the business and more.

Basic Salary: up to R 16 000.00 (depending on experience) Medical aid: R 1000.00
