Minimum 2-4 years understanding procedures of accessing and managing retail online portal and accounts
Debt collection from retailers
Excel advanced – must understand pivots and vlookup
Sage evolution experience recommended
Book values R8 –R15Million

Understand procedures of accessing retail online portal
Intensive analysis and follow up on claims – externally and internally
Intensive recons – compiled on excel
Allocation of payments and credit notes
Submission of POD for payments via courier portal
Submission of recons to supervisor/Manager and Directors
Responding to customer queries
Debt collection
Customer reconciliation
Blocking of accounts
Handing over accounts
Settlement of accounts
Capturing of receipts
Customer journals
Weekly meeting held with supervisor – presentation of age analysis
Customer liaison
Month end procedures
Sending out statements
