KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for full spectrum of credit control & risk management activities
Daily checking, receiving of and capturing of Debtors payments
Download and distribute statements monthly
Follow up on outstanding monies
Maintain debtors accounts
Conformity and compliance to the company credit policy and procedures
Research disputes and resolve queries within specified time frames
Building and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external customers
Proficient administration, managing data, including filing and processing
Reconciliations

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Minimum Grade 12
Credit Diploma is advantageous

EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years’ experience in Credit Control
