Certificate / Diploma essential



Skills & Experience:

5 years’ experience in a Debtors environment

Sound Pastel and Excel experience

Interpersonal and communication skills, good command of the English language

Experience in dealing with large chain store collections and reconciliations

Excellent written communication skills

Time management



Job Description:

The functions of this role will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Preparation of credit notes and journals

Process payments received

Reconcile accounts

Manage full set of debtors accounts

Resolve and assist with customer queries

Posting debtors statements and notices

Filing of all correspondence and general administration

Achieve collection targets
