CREDIT CONTROLLER

Our client is seeking a Credit Controller to join their team and to fulfil the function of Credit Control by recovering monies from clients on overdue accounts

Do you have bubbly personality and experience as a credit controller? Successful candidate must have experience in Pastel Accounting software.
This role is responsible for the collection of the debtors book, daily banking allocations for debtors.

Qualifications: Matric, Tertiary Qualification (Advantageous )
Computer packages: MS Office (Word/Excel), Pastel

Responsibilities:
• Call and email clients to collect money
• Allocate daily banking from debtors
• Hand accounts over for collection
• Monthly/Weekly report on collection progress
• Process Debit and Credit Notes
• Balance Inter Branch accounts
• Print and send out monthly invoices and statements
• Do accounts recons
• Deal with client queries
• Ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Must have mimimum of 3 years working experience.
Must live in Midrand or surrounding areas.
Must be available immediately
Salary R15K dependent on experience
