Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with computer systems and complex databases

Ability to confidently place pressure tactfully on individuals and companies who owe money

Organisational skills and attention to detail, important



Job Description:

Core functions for this role would be but not limited to:

Processing of invoices

Recons for supplier / creditors

Following up on outstanding queries and invoices

Assisting with preparation of month-end payments and other ad-hoc tasks
