Qualification:

Credit Management or relevant qualification



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to work in a high pressure environment

Syspro advantageous (training will be provided if necessary)

Work well within a team and independently with minimal supervision

Excellent communication skills, to reason with clients



Job Description:

Allocate and process invoices to the correct customer receipts.

Attend to customer queries with regards to their accounts or other general queries.

Build a good customer relationships, for chasing payments for accounts exceed the credit terms.

Accurately complete all relevant month end requirements by set deadline.

Process daily cash deposits and balance to cash book.

Complete all monthly reports and debtors reconciliations.

Some ad-hoc duties as required.
