Engineering concern has an opportunity for an experienced Credit Manager to join them. Min. 5 to 8 years in a senior Credit Manager role with staff supervision essential. Tertiary Financial qualification.

Full Credit Manager role overseeing a large Credit department

Position requires min. 5 - 8 years previous Credit Management experience supervising a team of Credit Controllers.

Responsilbe for Credit Applications and assessments

Collection targets and general Credit Management including retentions, resolution of queries, bonds and registers and bad debt provision

Keeping upto date with legal issues and liaising with lawyers

Liaise with sales and projects depts

Allocations of payments

Ensure all foreign exchange gains and losses are accounted for

Master data maintenance and regular branch visits

Manage Credit Team for Africa

Tertiary financial qualification essential

Advanced MS Office / MS Excel and ERP experience
