Responsibilities and Duties
? Accurate processing of invoices on Pastel
? Invoice batch lists are to be prepared on a daily basis and posted to the creditors account
? Creditors ledger and related control accounts are to be balanced to the control account
? Payment of creditors and ensuring that creditors aged analysis balances to General Ledger
? Continuous correspondence with creditors
? Cashbook – payments, cheques, electronic funds transfers
? Daily banking procedures
? Day to day administration
? Updating the Revenue sheet on a daily basis
? Assist with month end tasks as may be required

Qualifications and Skills
? Grade 12
? Financial qualification or working towards financial qualification advantageous
? 2 years+ within Creditors
? Computer literacy essential (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
? Exposure to Pastel Accounting
