Our client has an opportunity available for a suitably experienced Creditors and Debtors Clerk to be based in Midrand.

Requirements:
-Grade 12.
-Intermediate Excel.
-Minimum 4 years Creditors and Debtors Clerk experience.


Responsibilities:
-Loading of invoices and credit notes.
-Capturing and releasing of invoices for payment.
-Creditors/Debtors reconciliations - Reconciliation and matching between the Creditors / Debtor’s statements and Creditors/ Debtor’s remittances.
-Creditors/Debtors management - Liaising with Creditors/Debtors to correct statements and follow through with outstanding invoices / payments.
-Creditors/Debtors Processing and Compliance - Identification and resolution of duplicate payments made to Creditors or from Debtors.
-Reconciliation of creditors/debtors age analysis.
