Creditors/ Accounts Payable Clerk (EKE077)
Koedoespoort (PTA East)
R10 000 – R12000 per month

Start date: Immediate.

Grade 12
Post Matric Accounting qualification preferable
Syspro experience
MS Excel ( reporting and figures) - essential

Working hours: 08h00 – 16h30 Mon to fri, occasional overtime
Half day on month end Saturday

Leave: 15 days per year over annual shutdown

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Assisting accountant(s) with various monthly reconciliations (bank, creditors, GL)
Checking and signing off of cheque requisitions – creditors
Ad hoc journal entries, Inter-company transactions (cashbook and creditors)
Adhoc reporting
Assisting with year ending schedules used for the Annual Statements.
Assisting debtors as required.
