Large supplier to FMCG outlets in the Western Cape is looking for a experienced Creditors Clerk to join their operation in Elsies River

• Manage payments and month end close-off
• Process all Microchem, FM, Deli, Expenses invoices daily.
• Weekly balance of Bank
• Check Promo balance Weekly
• Weekly Cash Forecast
• Creditors reconciliations
• Query handling
• Creditors master file maintenance
• Liaise with suppliers re purchase orders etc
• Liaise will all relevant departments regarding weekly and monthly expenses
• Filing of all documentation
• Prepare filling for storage
• Liaise with various Departments regarding supplier, invoices and queries (for Repairs & Maintenance)
• Assist FM Department with PO issues and invoice follow ups.
• Liaise with Projects regarding payments of work done. 
• Printing and checking reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Uploading payments and recipients of creditors on bank
• Credit applications – complete and submit and ensure proper authorization
• Weekly Processing WW rebates etc
• Assist with Dry Store payments and processing
• Process relevant journals
