Company is looking for a Creditors Clerk to perform the following duties:

Ensure that the company policies and procedures are maintained when preparing supplier payments
Ensure completeness and accuracy of payments
Reconcile vendor balances to supplier statements and clearing of outstanding reconciling items
Liaising with and handling queries from suppliers by liaising with the LIV department among others
Investigate and follow up on queries for the accountants and buyers
Be prepared to work overtime when required, especially at result time and month end

Minimum requirements:
3 years proven experience as Creditors Clerk
Computer Literacy
Previous experience of SAP
