Creditors Clerk – R13 000pm

General Tasks
o Receive supplier invoices and process in Syspro by matching against delivery notes/purchase orders for the Group.
o Follow up queries when there are no purchase orders and/or delivery notes in system.
o Print out age analysis at month end for Creditors Reconciliation Clerk.
o Hand over processed documentation to Assistant for filing.
o Liaise with Procurement, Receiving/Stores and other relevant staff who submit purchase orders.

Candidate Requirements
• Matric
• Car & Drivers license
• 3+ years creditors experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Syspro a benefit
• Basic Accounting
