A conservation organisation based in Stellenbosch has a vacancy for a Creditors Clerk.

Job Description:

* Management of Creditors Function: Ensure that all creditors are recorded and paid timeously; ensure that VAT is claimed on qualifying expenses; ensure that all documents relating to creditors are duly filed; maintain Diners Club account; maintenance of cell phone and data contracts; ensure staff claims are recorded timeously; capture invoices onto Great Plains (GP); assist accountant with all creditors reconciliations.
* Assist with Financial Processes: Payments and Contracts Register; ensure that signed contracts are recorded, and payments tracked on the contract register; act as back-up to employee that process payments; integration and processing into the financial system; assist with processing and filing.
* Assistant to Financial Manager and Chief Financial Officer (provide administrative support).

Requirements:

* Proven relevant work experience.
