We are on the lookout for a tenacious, go-getter Debtors / Creditors Clerk with 3 - 5 years’ logistics experience. If you are able to work independently, and you have great QuickBooks and Pastel experience, then this could be for you.



Qualification:

Diploma in Bookkeeping



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 - 5 years freight and logistics experience (non-negotiable)

Ability to work independently

Excellent attention to detail



Job Description:

Following up on all creditor’s statements / invoices.

Processing all suppliers’ invoices against purchase orders.

Reconciling all creditors accounts.

Dealing with supplier queries.

Processing debtors’ invoices against the sales order.

Ensuring the control sheets (job costings) are accurate before invoicing out to client.

Chasing up on debtors’ payments.

Sending statements.
