Our client a specialist in the hydraulic and pneumatic industry seeks a Shipping Clerk with Creditors experience to join their team.

Minimum requirements:
* Must have Matric with Maths (no maths lit) and Accounting as subjects (please ensure your CV has this mentioned)
* 3 years shipping clerical experience within the industrial/manufacturing industry a must (we will not look at logistics!)
* Multi-currency experience and knowledge
* Creditors Recons experience a must

Duties:
* Prepare invoices for payments.
* Monthly reconciliations of foreign creditors and ensure payments are done on time.
* Ensure that BOP forms are filled in correctly and send to bank for payment.
* Prepare the foreign exposure reports and manage FEC contracts.
* Prepare the forward cover schedule on monthly basis.
* Examine shipment contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices or orders to verify accuracy.
* Prepare documents such as work orders, bills of landing or shipping orders to route materials.
* Pack, seal, label or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
* Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventor of stock.
* Determine shipping methods, routes or rates for materials to be shipped.
* Ordering of stationary and consumables.
* Perform other duties as required

Qualification Questions

* Do you have at least 3 years of monthly reconciliations of foreign creditors within a shipping position experience?
* Do you have at least 3 years of Multi-currency knowledge and experience?
* Do you have least have 3 years of preparing invoices for payments experience?
do you have at least 3 years of shipping within the manufacturing/industrial industries experience?
* Do you have at least 3 years of working in the industrial or manufacturing industry experience?
* Have you completed the following level of education: High school or equivalent?
* Are you in or near Boksburg, Gauteng?
* Do you have the following license or certification: Matric with Mathematics and Accounting as subjects?
