Key Responsibility Areas

Create and maintain databases for the company

Database Management
Provide information to users as well as conduct training and solving problems
Create a documented process of:
How to capture data
Maintain or scrub data
Provide user training (new and current employees)
Onboarding for new staff (Registration and user setup)
Manage the scrubbing of data and provide data segmentation at all levels
Ensure the process of data management is easy to understand and applied at all levels
Set up databases on same template across sections
Manage and maintain the CRM System
Ensure that databases are loaded and maintained within the CRM system for use by marketing and sales
Track and manage the use of databases
Manage the number of contacts partners or customers get from us
Extract and creation of automated and manual reports
Internal Support
Establishing the needs of users and monitoring user access and security of the databases
Needs analysis
Name list of access granted
Work with the technical department and ensure data security
Data collection
Review the flow of documents and information in the business
Evaluate the best way to collect the correct information
Partner Database
Ensure that there is a complete and updated database for each partner who has purchased from us in order to segment for the use of mailers or campaigns

Work closely with the Business Development Management and Marketing teams to:
Ensure databases are clear and managed accordingly with no duplications
Manipulate data for effective usage across campaigns
Create guidelines on how to use the database, partners to contact for which products, and regulate how often the individuals are contacted
BI or data analysis
Once all these systems and databases are in place the person will be responsible to build reporting and analysis tools to better understand our partners, customers, business and performance

Technical Competencies:

Minimum of 2 years CRM Database Support experience required
Sales Force / MS Dynamics experience required
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word

Education & Experience:
Matric
Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration or similar is preferred
