CRM Manager - Cape Town (Contract)

We are urgently seeking a CRM Manager, for a 4 month contract role, to be responsible for leading CRM within in the agency and with the agency's brands. The successful candidate will also need to liaise with other agencies and be competent at compiling and presenting CRM insights and proposed recommendations.

You will have approximately 3-5 years CRM management experience as well as the following key credentials:
• Ability to maintain up to date internal status documentation
• Ability to compile briefs for the Production team and make effective use of the agency workflow tracking system.
• The ability to develop and deliver CRM strategy and best practice.
• Be able to collate documentation for client meetings e.g. agendas, status documents, contact reports.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, etc
• Be able to work well within a team and be a fast learner, with high level of attention to detail and deadline driven.
• Technology know how
• Knowledge of various CRM tools
• Campaign management experience
• Project management experience
• Data Analysis experience
• POPI compliance know how

Location: Successful incumbent will primarily be based in Cape Town.
Duration: 4 Month Contract
