CUSTOMER SERVICES (CS) LEARNERSHIP – JHB

DEPARTMENT/TEAM

A vacancy exists for a Learnership for Further Education and Training Certificate: Shipping. The successful incumbent will be stationed in the Customer Services Department in Johannesburg, gaining hands on experience whilst studying towards a FET Certificate in Shipping.

JOB ROLE

In the role as CS Learnership, there is a theory and workplace component, thus the course expectations are as follows:
- Learners are expected to complete the theory at the training provider (Institute for Quality) with quarterly submissions to TETA
- The workplace component must be completed at ONE
- The activities at the workplace will be determined by the workplace tasks that need to be completed, which will be assigned by the supervisor/team leader/manager
- Ensure that ONE Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to always

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERTISE

- Matric (Grade 12) Certificate
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office)
- An advanced level of English literacy and numeracy skills
- Good Customer Service skills
- Able to use initiative and work with minimal supervision
- Must be prepared to work outside normal office hours to ensure all customer queries are met
