Sanclare Financial Solutions Pty Ltd, has acquired the Sigma Financial Group Ltd in the UK and is seeking Customer Advisors to join our new and exciting venture at our call centre in Diep River.
Positions available: Customer Advisors
The ideal candidate will have:
• An excellent command of the English language, with a neutral accent
• Matric is preferable (Minimum Grade 11) OR 6 months relevant working experience in a call centre (customer service/ debt collections experience advantageous)
• Knowledge of customer service & debt collections principles and practices
• Call Centre environment experience will be advantageous
• Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends and Public holidays.
• Clear Credit and Criminal Record
• An understanding of the UK market is advantageous.
• Basic PC skills
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Negotiation/persuasion and objection- handling skills
