Our Client is a Maintenance Technical Support Company in the Northern Suburbs looking for a Technical Maintenance Call Centre Support Administrator. This position is open to people with a Disability as well.

The main purpose of a Technical Customer Service Representative is to be the first point of contact for customers experiencing an equipment breakdown. Responsibilities include the logging of inbound calls, creating work orders, selecting contractors to effect the repairs and several other action items associated with the work planning and control procedures.

Salary Very Negotiable (total cost to company) + overtime (includes basic, medical aid and pension, 13th cheque)

Min Requirements
• Matric or equivalent
• Some Call Centre / Administration OR even IT / Technical - Qualification An Advantage
• 1-3 Years’ experience – Administrative, Technical Support or Call Centre
• Technical Experience (Call Centre Support) Essential
• Proficient in Ms Word, Ms Office, Outlook and Emails – Computer Literate
