Customer Care Consultant to maintain and improve relationships with the existing ERS customer base.
The consultant will be required to contact ERS customers to ensure customer satisfaction also looking for opportunities to up sell or upgrade the customer.
Other responsibilities would be to obtain letters of reference or customers willing to allow site visits of potential ERS customers.
The Customer Care consultant will also be given the knowledge to deal with inbound leads just requiring a quotation or information to be sent.
ERS will provide the necessary training, tools and assistance to achieve this.
The package consists of a basic salary, laptop allowance, +incentives.
