Our Client requires a Customer Care Consultant to maintain and improve relationships with the existing the Company’s customer base.
The consultant will be required to contact the Company’s customers to ensure customer satisfaction also looking for opportunities to up sell or upgrade the customer.
Other responsibilities would be to obtain letters of reference or customers willing to allow site visits of potential the Company’s customers.
The Customer Care consultant will also be given the knowledge to deal with inbound leads just requiring a quotation or information to be sent. The Company will provide the necessary training, tools and assistance to achieve this.
The package consists of a basic salary, laptop allowance, +incentives.

Salary will be R9000 + R200 Laptop Allowance.
Must have some sales experience and matric as well as good customer care experience
