Customer Care Consultants obtain client information by answering telephone calls;interviewing clients;verifying information by determining eligibility through clients information to requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Establishes policies by entering client information,confirming pricing
- Informs clients by explaining procedures;answering questions;providing information
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
-Maintains clients records by updating account information
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
Knowledge of Call Center Operations is an added advantage.
- Accomplishes sales and organization's mission by completing related results as required by the manager.
- Ready to update job Knowledge by studying new product descriptions, and participate in educational opportunities.

Qualification:
- Grade 12 or Equivalent qualification with strong communication and negotiation Skills.
